ECHO Festival 2023 happens over the weekend of the 31st of March, 1st and 2nd of April. Hosted in the picturesque wine country on the fringes of Swansea, the program brings together chefs, winemakers and producers along with artists, musicians, storytellers, scientists, entrepreneurs and thought leaders.
